|Do I have to pay sales tax?|
|You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse.|
|I received an error message, "The transaction has been declined because of an AVS mismatch. The address provided does not match billing address of cardholder." However, my bank online statement says that money was withdrawn. What is going on?|
We apologize that you are experiencing an issue with any duplicate charges to your credit card. With that being said, your card wasn’t charged more than once from us. Your previous attempts at an order were DECLINED because of an AVS mismatch. So, those payments are still considered authorized transactions that were taken out of your bank; however, they will be returning to your bank account within a few business days.
