Shipping With

  • If you place your order by 5 PM EST, your order will be shipped out the same day. ( Mon - Fri )
  • We ship out over 95% of our orders within a 24 business hour time frame.
  • USPS Priority Mail - Delivery is estimated to about 2 to 3 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order. (For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam,and the Virgin Islands customers, exact delivery times are not guaranteed)
  • UPS Ground - 2 to 5 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS 3 Day - 3 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order
  • UPS 2 Day - 2 business days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • UPS Next Day Residential - Delivery within 1 business day + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • Free Ground Shipping - Delivery time is anywhere between 3-7+ business days
  • NOTE - UPS does NOT deliver on the weekends unless you pay EXTRA which is a service that UPS charges about an extra $16-$20. The expedited services are only for UPS BUSINESS DAYS (i.e. Mon-Fri) For example, if you select UPS 2nd Day Air on a Thursday, you will NOT receive it until the following Monday. Or, if you select UPS Next Day Air on a Friday, you will not receive it until the following Monday.
  • APO/FPO orders are shipped out via USPS. Delivery will take approximately 2 to 5 days + 24-72 hours to process the order.
  • Orders may require 24-72 hours of processing time before shipping.
  • does not ship packages on Saturdays/Sundays. They are only prepared/packaged to get picked up on the following business day.
    • Same Day Shipping only applies on Monday-Fridays
  • All orders shipped within Georgia will be charged state sales tax. Please note that the sales tax for Georgia orders is calculated based upon the total price of the order, including shipping and handling.
  • will use either UPS or USPS to ship out a customer's order.
  • Express Shipping or regular shipping via UPS is not available for PO Box or Military address. If you select express shipping method to PO box or military address shipping difference from express to priority shipping cost will be issued and package will ship USPS Priority Mail.
  • For FREE GROUND SHIPPING & FLAT RATE SHIPPING, will choose the method of transportation(i.e. USPS or UPS) depending on your location.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories
    • Unfortunately, we don't offer free shipping / flat rate shipping due to high shipping cost to these areas.

  • Mail Theft Prevention

    It is the customer's responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery. We are not responsible for the loss of the package that was confirmed as "delivered" by courier. If you don't have a secure place to receive packages, we recommend to do one of the followings to avoid being a victim of mail theft.

    • Have your deliveries sent to your work(or leasing office etc).
    • Rent a P.O. BOX to make sure your package stays secure at the post office.
    • Ship your package to your place of work. Usually, USPS/UPS workers deliver the package the package to your office or front desk.

Glamourtress reserves the right to charge customer(s) as needed to cover the full amount that is due for any past due amounts or any monies that are owed to Glamourtress. Glamourtress is in no way responsible for any shipment that is not delivered. By purchasing from Glamourtress, you are agreeing to these terms and hereby forfeit any right to dispute any shipment that has been delayed, lost, stolen, or non-deliverable due to natural causes or has been miss-delivered unless the fault is of Glamourtress.

General Return Policy

This is Glamourtress' Return Policy and applies only to merchandise that has been purchased from us.

You must notify us via email/phone call within four (4) business days of when the the package was received to inform of us your RETURN. The customer has 10 days to ship the product back to us; otherwise, the refund will not be given and the customer must pay for the shipping back to their address.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Items NOT ELIGIBLE for Returns / Exchange:

    • Chemical Products
    • Make-Up / Nail Polish
    • Fashion Accessories
    • Leggings / Stockings / etc.
    • Hot Deal items
    • Clearance
    • Below Cost Sale items
    • FLASH SALE items
    • BOGO Sale items
    • Special Order items
    • Products with items such as the lace being cut, unattached, no hair net will be ineligible
    • FINAL SALE Items

      All products returned must have the following:

      • All original packaging (box packaging, inside packaging which includes but is not limited to: tags, tissues, manuals, accessories)
      • Original condition (unwashed, unworn, physically undamaged including packaging)
      • Residue free and odor free

        If the returned product(s) are not in the condition as stated above, we have the right to refuse the returned product and send the item back to the customer at the customer's expense or be subject to a higher restocking fee.

        Original shipping fees will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly or damaged. Otherwise the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We suggest shipping all returns using a traceable delivery method as we are unable to refund or replace without proof of delivery.

        A refund or store credit will be issued once your products have been received and processed. If a refund is requested, we will only issue a refund to the original method of payment and no other method.

        All shipping costs for a return are the customer's responsibility. It is recommended that all returns are shipped back in corrugated boxes to prevent damage to the packaging or product during transit. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking service, for we are not responsible for lost packages. We are unable to refund, exchange or give store credit without proof of delivery.

        We will only pay the return shipping cost if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

        All returns are subject to a restocking fee (20%-50%):
        0%: Returns that haven't been tampered in any way will not be assessed any restocking fees
        20-50%: Opened packages and/or Tampered with in any way

        Returns that are deemed unacceptable by the Glamourtress Return team will be awaiting shipping payment from the customer to be sent back.

        Products returned will have photos taken to assess the restock fee. These photos can be emailed to you to prove and give reason why we assessed the restock fee chosen.
