The wig was delivered 2-3 days after I ordered, tracking was great. The hair is very soft and long, it’s at least 28in. And it has great movement like it’s human.

I ordered this unit (my first ever) because I saw trendy Kay on YouTube do a review on it. My color choice was ot30. I am 5ft 6in and the ends reach my hips. It’s not a thick unit at all and lays flat. There’s about half an inch of lace in front which is more than enough room to cut in baby hairs. The part is just right enough space to customize and deep enough to look natural.
My complaint would have to be that the lace does not go ear to ear. It goes from temple to temple. So if you like to glue your units down to your sideburns... this unit won’t let you.
Other than that it’s great! It looks and feels like human hair. I haven’t had shedding nor tangling... yet.
 I’ll be cutting it soon just for personal choice.
